The tour stopped in Cortland County at September 17&18.
There was a poverty simulation followed by insights and thoughtful discussion – what a great group!
On the morning of the 18th, there was a community forum on “Silent Crisis – Hunger in Cortland County” at the Conference Center on Port Watson Street.

This tour stop featured speakers and a facilitated community conversation with over 40 people.
The poverty tour will stop in Utica on October 29, 2014 for both a Poverty Simulation and a Symposium.
We celebrated MVCAA’s work in the community at their annual celebration! Mohawk Valley CAA’s Tour stop was in conjunction with their annual Community Champions Luncheon. 141 people attended the event.
